Terms of Use

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, including that your information may be shared among Clive Collective and all of its affiliated companies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, such as learning about The Bungalow Kitchen, making a reservation, sending an event inquiry and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaks the law
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected systems
• Interfere with the website, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code
• Use automated tools to copy or collect content from the website without our written permission

Reservations and house policies

Reservations are made through online reservation platforms such as OpenTable and are subject to availability and the policy shown when you book. These house policies apply:

• For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity is added to the check. Menus show this charge next to the prices it applies to.

We may update house policies at any time; the version posted on our website, menus or reservation page when you book applies.

Private events and online booking

Sending an inquiry or a booking request does not guarantee a date, a space or a price. An event is confirmed only when we confirm it and you sign the event agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this website. Deposits, payments and cancellation terms are shown when you book and in your agreement. When you sign an event agreement online by typing your name, that is your electronic signature and is as binding as a handwritten one.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold through our online gift card store and are subject to the terms shown when you buy them.

Where state law gives you more rights, such as California's rules on expiration dates and cash back for small balances, those rights apply.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with the law.

Food, allergies and menu information

Please tell your server about any food allergy before you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Menus, prices, hours, events and performers shown on this website may change without notice.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

The Bungalow Kitchen and Clive Management LLC (dba Clive Collective) text guests who opt in on our website or booking page, or who text us first. Messages are about your reservation or event: replies to your questions, booking details, deposit reminders and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (623) 469-7847 or info@weareclive.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
